If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit engagement requests. Separate engagement letters and confidentiality schedules govern individual projects and prevail over these website terms where they conflict.

Services described

Pages on this site describe professional briefings, workshops, reviews, and commissioned materials for relationship managers. Published rates are informational starting points. A binding fee appears only in a signed engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Site content, visual design, and our templates remain our property. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for the client’s internal banking use as stated in the engagement letter. You may not republish our site materials or resell our templates.

Client materials

You warrant that portfolio extracts and related files shared with us may lawfully be shared under your institution’s policies. You remain responsible for redactions required by your compliance team.

Liability

Briefings and reviews support professional judgment; they do not replace credit decisions, investment advice, or regulatory filings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless an engagement letter specifies otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
