How we work

From scope call to delivery walkthrough

Every briefing and review follows a short, visible path so relationship managers know when to share extracts, when to block a room, and when printed packs arrive.

Sequence of briefing materials laid out across a long studio table
  1. Scope call

We confirm book size, segments, language, review dates, and the bank’s confidentiality channel. You leave with a written outline and starting fee.

  2. Deposit and schedule

A 40% deposit reserves analyst time. We lock intake and delivery dates around your review calendar.

  3. Secure intake

Portfolio extracts arrive only through the approved channel. We acknowledge receipt and list any gaps before analysis starts.

  4. Drafting in Phayathai

Analysts build the concentration view, priority shortlist, and narrative pages. Sensitive names are flagged for your review.

  5. Delivery walkthrough

On-site or at our Ratchawithi studio, we walk the pack page by page. Minor wording changes are turned around quickly before print.

  6. Clarification window

Flagship briefings include one follow-up call within ten business days. Larger revisions become a separate commission.

Where this fits your calendar

Most Account Intelligence Briefings need two to three weeks from intake to delivery. Mapping workshops can sit inside a single afternoon once the room and attendees are confirmed. If your review week is already fixed, contact us with those dates first so we can say honestly whether the timeline fits.
