Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers professional engagements with Cortex Routebase Co., Ltd., including Account Intelligence Briefings, Relationship Portfolio Mapping, Client Concentration Reviews, and Desk Analytics Commissions.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for an engagement that is cancelled under the conditions below. Informational website browsing does not create a charge.

Timeframe

Cancellation requests should be emailed to hello@cortex-routebase.click as soon as practicable. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Deposits

A 40% deposit reserves analyst time. If you cancel more than ten business days before the scheduled intake date, the deposit is refundable minus a THB 5,000 administration fee. Cancellations inside ten business days forfeit the deposit, because drafting capacity has already been held.

Full and partial refunds

If we cancel an engagement for reasons on our side (illness without substitute coverage, or inability to meet the agreed timeline), you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the unfinished work. If work has partly started and you cancel after intake files were accepted, we may invoice for hours completed and refund the unused balance of the deposit and progress payments.

• Print runs already ordered with a Bangkok printer
• Completed third-party courier fees
• Finished packs delivered and accepted at walkthrough

Work already started

Once secure intake is acknowledged, analysis time is billable. We document hours in the cancellation confirmation.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a scope call or walkthrough once without charge if you give at least three business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a THB 3,000 scheduling fee.

No-shows

If the named RM or sponsor misses a booked walkthrough without notice, we may charge a no-show fee of THB 4,000 and rebook subject to availability.

Refund process and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval. Bank transfer refunds inside Thailand may take additional clearing time depending on your institution.
