Starting prices and what moves a quote
Most desks begin with a published starting rate, then we adjust for book size, language versions, print runs, and on-site time outside central Bangkok.

Estimate factors

Retainers
Desks that commission briefings each quarter may place a retainer covering four packs in a calendar year. Retainer terms, unused credits, and cancellation are spelled out in the engagement letter.
Deposits
We invoice a 40% deposit to reserve analyst time. The balance is due on delivery of the pack or memo. See our refund policy for how deposits are treated if an engagement is cancelled.
